Editorial policy and corrections

Our articles must give readers a clear reason for each recommendation and enough information to understand its limits. Commercial context belongs beside the evidence, not hidden behind a claim of independence.

Accuracy

Identify the exact product, generation and region where they matter. Attribute manufacturer figures, label calculated values, and distinguish tablet weight from complete-kit weight. Do not invent experience, testing, customer quotes or performance scores.

Fair comparisons

Apply the same buying questions across the shortlist: portability, input tools, application support, cost components and the work the reader needs to complete. Explain where an alternative is better suited to a requirement.

Corrections

When a factual error is identified, check the primary source, correct the affected text and record a dated correction in that article if the change affects a recommendation or important specification. Updating one page should prompt a check of other pages using the same figure.
